Ride Management Executive

About The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Ride Management Executive to oversee the day-to-day coordination of rides, manage bookings, and ensure smooth operations between customers and drivers. You’ll play a key role in delivering a premium experience to our clients by managing schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring timely rides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily bookings and ride schedules with drivers
  • Communicate with customers regarding pickup times, delays, or changes
  • Monitor live ride statuses and ensure punctuality
  • Assign vehicles based on trip type, route, and availability
  • Handle last-minute ride adjustments and customer queries
  • Work closely with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth flow
  • Maintain daily ride logs and performance reports

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in fleet coordination, transport, or ride-hailing industry
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Calm under pressure and great problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using dispatch tools or CRM software
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if needed
